The Special State Primary for Senator in Congress, to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Senator Edward M. Kennedy, will be held on Tuesday December 8, 2009 at the Bolton Town Hall from 7 AM – 8 PM. The last day to register to vote for this Primary is Wednesday, November 18, 2009. The Town Clerk’s office will be open for voter registration from 9 AM - 5 PM and from 5 PM-8 PM voters may register at the Bolton Police Station.
For registered voters who will be out of town the day of the Primary, applications for Absentee Ballots are available. Absentee voting may take place in the Town Clerk’s office until 12 noon on Monday December 7, 2009.
